We take pride in carefully preparing and packing every item, whether it’s a handcrafted piece from our workshop or a unique antique from our collection. This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver both across the United Kingdom and internationally.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Handmade items may require additional preparation time; any extended lead times will be clearly stated on the product page.

We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.
2. UK Shipping
We ship throughout the United Kingdom using trusted couriers to ensure your items arrive safely.

Fragile or high-value antiques may require additional packaging or specialist couriers; if so, you will be contacted before dispatch.

We’re delighted to offer worldwide shipping for most items.

Please note: Certain antiques or larger wooden items may not be eligible for international shipping due to size restrictions or customs regulations. If an issue arises, we will contact you directly.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs charges, import duties, or local taxes once the parcel arrives in the destination country.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot predict or control these charges, and we are not responsible for customs-related delays.

5. Order Tracking
Where available, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Some international destinations may not support full tracking updates.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Parcels

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours and include clear photos of the packaging and item.

We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after the courier marks them as delivered.

We will assist with any courier investigations or claims where possible.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check all shipping details at checkout.
We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address unless the parcel is returned to us.
