Due to the nature of our products—many of which are antique, unique, or handcrafted—returns are handled with care and on a case-by-case basis. We aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

2.1 Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide: - Your order number - Clear photos of the item and packaging
If eligible, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.

2.2 Incorrect Items Received
If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours, and we will arrange: - A replacement item, or - A full refund

3. Items Not Eligible for Refunds
We do not offer refunds for: - Change of mind - Items accurately described but not meeting your expectations - Antique items with natural wear, ageing, or imperfections - Custom-made or personalised pieces
These conditions will always be clearly stated on product pages.

4. Return Process
If your return is approved:

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Once returned and inspected, we will confirm if you qualify for a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered if: - The item arrives damaged, or - You receive an incorrect item
Due to the unique nature of many products, replacements may not always be available.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: - Gift cards - Items sold as clearance or “as-is” - Custom or personalised orders
